CNC Milling / Turning Machinists
Able to program and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, turning, drilling etc.
Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
Minimum 2 years working experiences
Conventional Machinists
Operate conventional turning machine
Able to read technical drawing
Minimum 2 years working experiences
QC Inspector
Perform incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection
Perform test run on assembled equipment / Profile Projector / CMM machine
Minimum 2 years working experiences
Apprenticeship / Trainee
Train to setup and operate conventional and CNC machine
Willing to learn attitude and good prospects
Production Process Engineer
Perform First Article testing
Troubleshooting and failure analysis
Production time reduce improvement activities
Provide advise on mechanical design, production machining processes, quotation and work flows
Develop and set production-relevant product requirements with respect to final production
Qualifications :
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent Engineering preferably in Precision Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in Precision Machining industry or equivalent
Good understanding of general production process flow, material creations, procurement, and projects
Good knowledge in production statistic tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company
Production Supervisor
Production planning to increase productivity and meet schedule
Oversee production activity to meet target output, yield and cost saving
Solve quality and machine problem
Train staff
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience in production supervisory role
Prior working experience in Tools Room or Precision machining environment is a clear advantage
